Heller's Bakery closed in 2014 after serving Mt. Pleasant for more than 80 years. I hoped for something better, and in 2018 Ellē (pronounced ell-ee) moved in but left the nostalgic faded blue sign in place as historical tribute, with only 4 letters now illuminated. Ellē is the latest venture from Bad Saint and Room 11 owner Nick Pimentel and Paisley Fig founder/pastry chef Lizzy Evelyn. It is a welcome upgrade!
